Andre Villas-Boas Expects Inter Milan Punishment After ‘Racist Abuse’: The Nightly EPL
Another night in Italy, and yet another night of racist abuse. Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas complained tonight about the racist abuse his players received at the hands of Inter Milan supporters in the San Siro.
“It was very, very easy to hear the chanting so I am sure that Uefa will act on it,” said Villas-Boas. “It’s difficult for Inter because it is something that has happened before.”
Monkey chants were reportedly heard as well as an inflatable banana in the crowd. These actions are disgraceful and it’s about time that UEFA does something to crack down on these unfortunate scenes that do not belong in football.

i am sure glad la nina could nut up to take a penalty AND MISS.what a freaking joke coddle a multimillion dollar flop.maybe he was given an extra orange slice for the nerve to take a penalty.la nina is a bust!
Rios got less self respect than a 17 year old school girl. He gets treated like absolute $hit by The England manager on several occasions yet he goes crawling back when asked.
Grow some balls Rio you look as bad as these woman who stick around after catching their husband banging the left backs wife. Absolutely disgusted at his decision after UTD fans backed him so much over the last 18 months.
Sigh…racism just never gets old. This is terrible.
Racist continental fans…. Do these people not know it is 2013? And if they don’t, they at least need to keep that crap out of the terraces.
More closed-door matches, I think. Ex-Juve, these Italian clubs are all one hair this side of bankruptcy at any point. Take their gate money away and I think you’ll get them a little more proactive on the Naeanderthal thug fan control front.
What the heck do the italian fans do when it’s international play and balloteli plays?? Cowards.
I suppose they boo him as well?
sorry i meant racially abuse
It’s not just Italy. It’s all over Europe (though I haven’t heard of it happening in Germany.)
