If anyone is reading Soccernomics you would easily understand why the Walcott deal is taking place. Clearly the right move for Arsenal.
i don’t think he is worth 25 mil but Arsene is in a corner has to sign him because of all the players sold.will be interesting to see how he plays once he has the fat contract.Jermaine Pennant and Kieran Richardson come to mind.signing potential can get your side in a lot of trouble when the potential never pans out.oh well hope it works out the Gooners need something good to happen.
Why would anyone sign a player for $15mil and put a $22mil buyout clause…I don’t get it what profit remains after taking player wages into account.
Oh, so this is the good news?
He still has poor corner kicks overall and I don’t get why Santi or Arteta don’t take them more often.
