Trailer for FIFA 13 on Wii U: GamePad Sets a Course for Gaming’s Future [VIDEO]

Today, Nintendo launches Wii U, a brand-new video game console that is the successor to the popular Wii video game system. There’s a lot of positive buzz regarding the release of Wii U so far. But, for us soccer fans, the most important news is that FIFA 13 is immediately available to Wii U users.

EA Sports has released a trailer, which shows some of the highlights of FIFA 13 on Wii U (watch the above video).

    The Wii U is a great concept, but the graphics already exist on PS3 and XBOX 360. FIFA 13 for Wii U looks exactly like PS3 in my opinion. I was hoping to see much improved graphics. Guess I will stick with the PS3 and wait to see what Xbox and Playstation come up with next before jumping to another console.

    Kinda want a Wii U but kinda don’t at this time. I think I will wait til this time next year to see what Sony and Microsoft have in store.
