Former Barcelona Scout Being Considered For Similar Role at Manchester City: The Daily EPL
If you can’t beat them, join them. After Manchester City recently acquired former Barcelona man Txiki Begiristain to become its football director, Begiristain is now reportedly close to signing a deal with acquire Barcelona’s former scout Bojan Krkic Sr. (his son plays for Milan on loan).
Manchester City are making plans to build for the future, which includes following the successful Barcelona model. Where Roberto Mancini fits into that plan, if at all, we’ll have to wait and see.

Mancini should really count himself fortunate he escaped any sanction. We human beings must really learn to control our temper at times, although I can empathise with his frustration at that instance.

FYI NBC Sports Network switched to channel 220 on DirecTV.
That is horrible news for Celtic and Hooper. I have been waiting to see him get an England call up. After reading that article I don’t even know if I want to record the match vs Barca because so many key players are going to be out injured.
