Beat The Manager Leaderboard, Gameweeks 1-3: See Where You Rank

Now that the international break has ended, we’ve had some time to play catch-up and to calculate the number of points everyone has achieved during the first weeks of the Premier League season in EPL Talk’s Beat The Manager game.
We’re entering gameweek 4 this weekend, so if you haven’t made your predictions yet, make them tonight. The deadline closes at 6:30am ET/11.30am BST on Saturday morning.
And if you haven’t played the game before, there’s still time to register and play. Players scores will be weighted so you have a chance to win even if you’ve just joined. But the longer you play, the better your chances.
At the end of gameweek 6, the person in first place in the leaderboard will receive a brand-new Apple iPad 3.

As you can see, the race at the top of the leaderboard is extremely tight. Players are awarded points for how closely their predictions are to (1) the final score of the game, (2) the team that your manager selects, and (3) the team that you think your manager should select.

I accidentally took myself off the top 40. I was number 18, but then I removed myself because I thought it’s not fair for me to win (which I have no chance of winning, and even if I do win, I can’t win the prize). Anyways, I’ll put myself back in the next time we have the leaderboard to see how many of you are beating me!
Cheers,

I still wish I knew how the results came to be are we trying to match the rea life manager or are we trying to somehow improve on their decisions
of the 3 elements which are more important? predicting the game? your lineup choices? predicting the manager’s picks?
You get points for the accuracy of your forecast of the score and the team that you predict the manager will play… and for the qualitry of the squad you select, as judged by our experts.
