Really? They got knocked out of the Olympics early and he’s going to need to rest for week 1-3? Ugh, guess it’s time to reach to my fantasy bench. lol
A bit odd that they are resting Mata he didn’t play in the Euros except in the final minutes of the final and they got knocked out of the Olympics at the group stage.
Obvious, diplomatic way of dropping him so can play new signings. cant keep £52 million quidsworth of Hazard and Oscar on the bench, eh mate?
cum on , ok he didnt play , but he practiced with team in euro nd olympics
Good idea, even mata shld ave been rested 4 last wk match against mancity
So after all of that, Di Matteo picks Juan Mata to start Chelsea’s first game of the season after all.
Cheers,
