Nice shorts! Is he off to the bath house now?
I hope it is true he can play every position foward
Sky Sports has just confirmed that the Ox will start for England on the left wing!
Cheers,
The Gaffer
Sky sports named the team
Hart
Johnson Terry Lescott Cole
Milner Gerrard Parker Ox
Young
Welbeck
Parker is the weak link. He was dog ass tired at the end of the season for Spurs. And he has not looked very good in many of the friendlies.
Mexes probably the weak link for France. England will not see much of the ball. I believe Roy is hoping to keep it close through 60 and then he will bring on Walcott and Carroll in for plan B.
France for the win for me
Holly s**t, Ox is starting? That’s a shocker!
Pretty bold decision by Roy, i have to agree, im very pleased that downing isnt starting…is he only expecting him to play for 45? The bring on a fresh pair of legs? WTF….I like it.
Hodgson said he saw something in training that made him pick him ahead of Downing. I would have gone with Downing but I’m less worried about young kids starting when they play in forward positions than i would be if it were a defender. Lets see what the kid has got.
WTF linesman, that had to be a foul
We’re going to slice this french defence open, they’re rubbish
This linesman must be on the french pay, no way Milner was off there
Come on England, get in.
This french defence is terrible, they aren’t going far
no no no, should not be getting beat at the near post
