It was another weekend in the Premier League with some sensational goals, including a wonderful free kick from Fulham’s Clint Dempsey to become the first American ever to score 50 goals in the Premier League.

It was also a weekend where Manchester City took one giant leap forward to possibly winning the Premier League title, while the race for fourth is still on the line, Aston Villa are safe for another season, and Bolton were dealt a late blow.

In case you missed any of the eight matches played from Saturday through Sunday, here are all of the goals and highlights.

    I’m incredibly impressed with Norwich City in their game against Arsenal, and their entire Premier League season throughout 2011/2012. Paul Lambert should be hugely proud of himself and his squad of players.

    Also, Clint Dempsey has played splendidly well for Fulham this season; me suspects that higher clubs will be competing for the American’s services.
