David Beckham Featured in Star Wars TV Commercial from Adidas
What happens if you combine Star Wars with Adidas, Snoop Doggy Dogg, David Beckham, Ian Brown from The Stone Roses and other famous musicians? It sounds like a surreal dream, but it’s all here in the TV commercial above.
When you think about it, both Star Wars (the original) and Adidas are icons of the 1970′s, so it’s a perfect marriage of two brands that have stood the test of time. In the past several weeks, we’ve seen an onslaught of soccer TV commercials, but this one from Adidas is one of the most creative ones I’ve seen.
In addition to the above named stars, keep an eye out for Noel Gallagher (Oasis), Daft Punk, Franz Beckenbauer and many other celebs.

Ironic that they end it with “Celebrate Originality”, an ad built on someone else’s idea…
