This was great, but it should have been an MLS Talk podcast. Beane is an Earthquakes executive!!!
I thought I read recently that Beane was an Arsenal fan? Where did I read him saying how much he liked Arshavin and Arsene Wenger?
This was excellent. Beane is an important figure in sports from a global perspective. A great guest and a top notch interview.
Phenomenal interview. I try to listen to the EPL Talk podcast everyday, and this by far was my favorite yet.
He really knew his stuff.
Could really relate to him on many of his observations/answers, as I also was an American kid who did not grow up playing soccer, but have really come to be passionate about it.
