Poll: Can Southend Beat Chelsea?

After Chelsea’s nightmare result from Sunday, Luiz Felipe Scolari now has to travel to Roots Hall Stadium tomorrow night for a FA Cup replay against Southend. On a cold night in Essex, the last club Chelsea want to face is a League One side known for pulling off a cup upset of their own when they knocked Manchester United out of the League Cup in November, 2006. The question is, can Southend beat Chelsea? Vote now.
